Description
This piece was inspired by my beautiful friend, emerging strong after her personal struggle.
Despite the hints of struggle that may have been present in her past, she appears to be blossoming like a butterfly, spreading her wings and taking flight. Used charcoal powder and range of graphite pencil to create soft, wispy strokes, different textures and shades. She exudes a sense of confidence and victory, as if she has overcome her obstacles and emerged stronger and more resilient.
Overall, this charcoal and graphite pencil painting captures the essence of a women who has found peace and contentment after a period of challenge and growth. It is a celebration of resilience and the triumph of the human spirit.
